• 14 февраля 2020 года – церемония специального памятного гашения конверта, подготовленного к юбилею УНОВИСа

Церемония гашение юбилейного конверта состоялась в Музее истории Витебского народного художественного училища.

В церемонии приняли участие председатель областного Совета депутатов Владимир Терентьев, директор Витебского филиала РУП «Белпочта» Сергей Максак и директор Музея «ВЦСИ» Андрей Духовников.

Конверт разработан Министерством связи и информатизации совместно с РУП «Белпочта» и выпущен тиражом 20 тысяч экземпляров.

  February 14, 2020 — a ceremony of a special commemorative cancellation of the envelope prepared for the anniversary of UNOVIS

 The ceremony of cancellation of the jubilee envelope took place at the History Museum of the Vitebsk People’s Art School.

 The ceremony was attended by the chairman of the regional Deputies Сouncil Vladimir Terentyev, director of the Vitebsk branch of «Belpochta» Sergei Maksak and director of the Museum «VCMA» Andrey Dukhovnikov.

 The envelope was developed by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization in conjunction with «Belpochta» and issued with a circulation of 20 thousand copies.
